Women in the Outdoors encourage all females, regardless of age, physical fitness, or location, to feel better physically and mentally by spending time outside. There are many activities which can be done, like hiking, cycling, even gardening. Hiking outdoors is one of the greatest, all-round activities, leaving women carefree from everyday worries and distractions. It requires only basic equipment and can be done almost anywhere, alone or part of a group. Eventually outdoor activities can lead to adventure tours, involving any activity desired. Joining a group can lead to lifetime friendships with other females with similar interests.
